Igor Avellar, known by his stage name Avellar, started his career in 2015, making waves in Rio de Janeiro’s vibrant club scene. With his unique ability to select the perfect tracks and read the crowd’s energy, Avellar quickly became a standout figure in his local scene. By 2018, he decided to take his passion for electronic music to the next level, launching his music production project, AVELLAR.

To further refine his sound, Avellar joined the House Mag Academy’s immersive program, which helped him add more professionalism and creativity to his work. With a new, sharper focus, Avellar embraced tech house, using it to carve out a distinct identity and sound.

Avellar’s music now combines energetic beats, dynamic rhythms, and emotive depth. His featured tracks, like Blue Note and Grover, both in the tech house genre, highlight his evolution as a producer, blending infectious rhythms with atmospheric depth.
