This musician, composer, arranger, and professor of the Tres and Cuban music began his career at a very young age in Matanzas, Cuba. He continued his education in Havana, where he actively studied under renowned Cuban masters.
His early experiences in Matanzas likely laid a strong foundation for his musical development, and moving to Havana provided him with opportunities to learn from some of the most respected figures in Cuban music.
